Amazing time with friends! We loved the access to the private reef and the fantastic beach bar. Food was delicious, and the staff was super attentive. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi can be spotty, but who needs it with all the fun happening around you? Totally recommend!

Had a little trouble with the cleanliness of the room. It just wasn't as fresh as we hoped. But aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

The location was magnificent in the excellent area👌

We came to Sharm el-Sheikh for snorkeling, everything was good. The staff was fairly friendly and excellent and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We booked huge and big twin room with "king size bed " and could use wake-up service, available in it. The hotel had a great location very close to the reef. Had brunch in the Beach House Restaurant, located nearby...

Bad room noise insulation

The restaurant was amazing which offers a buffet, I tried quality dishes. I appreciated stunning location and beautiful and incredible rooms. The airport was 15 minutes drive from the place.

Breakfasts were great, breakfast is ordinary European.

The rooms are old, the bath is dirty, there are cracks everywhere.

They have several pools, a great slide for the children and many restaurants. The setting is really beautiful. The private beach is great and a fab place for snorkeling. This is why we came to Egypt! The staff in the restaurants are very helpful. But better come here during the low season / wintertime.

The check-in and waiting for the luggage took very long. Staff was not interested. The buffet restaurant was very noisy and full. There were again many loud and rude ‘locals’ with different manners and pushy behavior. They just lay on your pool bed, are very loud in the pool (everywhere). Kids screaming and crying and parents jell all the time. There were hardly any non-smoking places. The rooms were a bit out-dated but clean.

I liked the staff personnel , very friendly , special thank to reda et shabban for them simle and the good work work from them and talaa he was very good he work on the sea merci beaucoup

A/C was not working well in dinning areas.

We had a very nice 5 day stay here in November '11. The rooms are nice and spacious, with a balcony offering sea views. Staff is very friendly and the layout of the property is good, with various low build "blocks" each containing several rooms (rather than one large hotel building) and various swimming pools so you naver have the feeling you are staying at a big resort. breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurants we ate in (Soukh, Thai and Buffet Restaurant) was also very nice. The hotel has a small but nice gym and spa facilities and good diving cenrtre with friendly and experienced instructors. I would certainly go back.

The only small negative was that the hot water pressure was quite low. On one occasion it was so low we called for engineer who came to fix it. Perhaps I would have liked to see a booklet with all the hotel's facilities in the room, eg we did not know there were free classes at the gym until we actually went there.

Beach, sea, perfect for snorkelling, relaxing

Reception at check in, was asked to pay full stay on check in. At check out was charged twice my final bill. Only appeared in my balances 3 days later. Be careful with card transactions.

The beautiful lanscape and the sunny pathways between the rooms, the welcoming staff, the activities and surely the beautiful outstanding beach and coast

The view, the location, the facilities everything was just perfect a very picturesque location.

The staff was helpful throughout our stay.

Just came back from 13 nights stay. I struggled a lot to make my mind on which hotel to pick for our annual vacation as well as our first wedding anniversary. But we couldn't be happier that we selected Hyatt. Once u step in you forget everything and enjoy the amazing architecture and the calm. We got upgraded to a beach front room. All the rooms are very spacious and spotless. The entire hotel is very clean. The staff is very professional, breakfast is excellent. It s only 10min to neema bay (20 30 egp) It has the most amazing snorkeling/diving spot. Dive from the floating jet and u d experience an amazing feeling, everyday. All the boats are bringing people to snorkel to "your" place

Furniture little be old but really when u r on holidays it's not bothering At all. Air conditioner a bit loud and slow to get to the right temperature.
